I need to pick up a work line. Looking for mainly voice/text but would like option for hotspot (might never use it) but good to have.
My personal main line is tmobile and iPhone 11, most likely upgrading to iPhone 14 pro , if similar trade ins are offered.
I am somewhat in the apple...
Thank you.
With the BIOS resetting to default I was guessing it might have been the CMOS battery issue.
The power source looks like a standard size one from a quick glance and google search but I’ll check around.
Hey guys
I think my dinosaur finally kicked the bucket. I’ve been using a vintage dell vostro 220 full size. Think core 2 duo days. A SSD and 4gb really does bring anything back to life.
It has been a solid workhorse the two days a week need it. We need to just do light excel and web...
I have a Acer aspire 5 laptop. It's about 1.5years old now. Win10, all updates was performed.
Never had any issues but now the laptop speakers don't work. it has the normal "realtek" audio drivers, all have been updated. I've gone into service manager to disable and enable the drivers.
When...
Hi all,
I'm getting ready to sell a few laptops and desktops. Aside from formating the HD 3 times, any other way of protecting myself? The last thing I want is to have some guy find a way to recover my stuff and take the little money that I have.
I'm not paranoid, I just want to make sure I...
Nissan v6/V8 normally have subpar mpg. They are tuned for a little more power.
My g35x sedan gets worst mileage then most V8 trucks. But it's reliable enough for me to keep around for now. Until rust comes into play.
I would make the switch to the mdx. There is a Bluetooth module issue that...
I did forget to mention my usage for my personal laptop.
Just daily driver basics. No gaming at all really.
While the specs might be solid, not sure how I feel about a gaming laptop with the rgb keyboard. Looks sold out, so I might not be able to get my hands on it.
I have a work issued Dell laptop E7470. I5 with 8gb of ram. 128gb SSD, 1080p screen. 6-9 hours of real work battery life. Honestly, this is exactly what I would like, I offered worked to sell me one but they can't because they are all on leases.
What is out there with similar specs at the...
I love this. I've driven one with 380k myself.
As a 98 GLE I love these things. I'm at 180k but sadly it's on its last legs. Original trans and motor. But rusty beyond anything. Nothing is holding my radiator up. I've own for 20+ years. I no longer daily it as I have a G35x with 135k. But it...
The 300s might be sludge prone. Non interference motors if I recall.
330s are timing belt with interference motors.
Both are good motors tho. I thought about getting one myself but if I was to get something that vintage I might try a 4 cylinder highlander.
Try not to get gold on gold. Most...
Planning on getting my parents a 4g tablet with unlimited data. Well about 10-15gb worth of data monthly and they can ideally cut the Comcast cord.
It's going to be an Android tablet, price of tablet doesn't really matter as much as monthly bill. Looks like I can get unlimited data on a cell...
The day finally has come where I need to find a replacement car for my daily driver, 2005 Infinti G35 AWD sedan. Car is a total lost and I need a replacement soon. I want to spend about $10-12k on the said replacement. Hopefully I can get something with 80k and it must be AUTO.
A big part of...
This is a little sad to read. I’m a long time android user that switch over to a 7+.
I thought the biggest thing about iOS was phones don’t really slow down. I didn’t bother looking at the 8 or 10 because nothing wrong with my 7, while I would love wireless charging, it’s not a must.
If the...
Yea motorwise the 328i should be solid. The common oil leaks are valve cover gaskets (this is for all cars) and then the oil filter housing on these units.
Your electronic stuff... well i dont know what going on there, i like my cars barebone as possible. Those new BMW navi/ Harddrive radios...
I would doubt it because just sits on the table all day. But i good compressed air cleaning never hurts.
Sometimes it does freeze within like 5 minutes of booting up. (3 minute mark of the video) I always turn it off afterwards.
sounds like you made up your mind already about the car. Or maybe you fear has taken over enjoyment.
You didn't state what model you owned, 08 vert... i would assume its a 1 series or 3 series and not the 6series( or whatever the big one is). I'm not going to make a case to keep the car but...
I dont know how to start to troubleshoot this because it is so random.
I have a cheapy laptop that i only use for video consumption on a TV.
Its a 2nd gen i3-2370M, 4gb ram , 500gb SSD Samsung. Running on Win7 pro. I've used this laptop for 2 years watching video connected to HDMI cable to...
I just bought and install a Costco battery. I think it ran me $88
It's was 12 degrees outside. I just quickly did it in the parking lot. Just a 10mm ratchet and 12mm for the hold down. Took me about 25 min.

Started doing my research. Ipad chargers are 5v/2.4a which are 12w.
Iphones come either come with 5v/1A which are 5w or 5v/2a which are 10w.

I would think any current new phone would be solid for the OP.
Tons of phones like the honor 8, nexus 5x could do the job and not break the bank. Only issue is the lack of removal battery and some phones have lack of SD card, but 32gb on board.
I've owned a s4 in the past only to upgrade to...
I'm going to joining the iphone 7 plus world shortly. Having trouble googling to the fastest iphone charger out there.
Being from the android world, a huge difference can be seen from a 1A, 2.1A and fast charger. 1A can barely keep up with a phones drainage with screen on.
I've seen many...
I have a 2 way viper remote start. The remote with led and sound confirmation.
It's been on the car for 3-5 years. Flawless operations. Range is about a city block or 4 floors up in an office building with no direct view of ur car.
2 minor issues, first being the remote design but an email to...
Plugs on any subaru is harder then it should be. It's just part of the being a subaru owner. U need very tiny hands or have children do it for u.
I don't know much on early 90s. They don't appeal to me much. A 96 outback sport, I can dig that. Or the oh so popular 2.5rs of like 99-01.

Either way to me..... once they fix the head gasket with the right ones. The problem is over.
Least that was my research, I want a subaru wagon as my winter beater. Late 90s- mid 00.
Also some model subaru have bad wheel bearings. They just keep going out, bad hub design.
Overall they still...
But normally camera quality stinks and having an extra screen somewhere is a hassle.
I suggested an older car that I can install a double din for $500-1000 but they didn't want it. OEM with parking sensors is what they want.

The number 1 most important thing is the rear view camera. There is no way around that.
Mazda 3 would need to be loaded to have the camera, those are a little more harder to find.

Need help finding cars that fit my friend's needs/wants.
- import sedan/hatchback.
- no older then 10 years old.
- automatic.
- FWD or AWD.
- decent MPG (25mpg city)
- back up camera (stronger prefer OEM)
- would love something under 90k miles.
- All within a 10k. I say 10k because you factor...
Fm radios is one of those things to have but normally a good amount of people don't use them. Kinda like the IR blaster on my note 4. I love having a remote on my phone but the people I know that own a note 4 had no clue/interest in the IR blaster.

I would say the bottom line is $23k. Everyone has to be paid.
They buy low, sell high like everyone else. They take risk on not selling and or buying broken junk.

At this point, I'm going to wait for the next nexus and see what's there.
Honestly. Op3 ,axon 7 and nexus 6p were my front runners. Op3 front runner.
When researching phones and etc. I found that while my note 4 was lacking in some, it fits many of my needs but more importantly it keeps $400+...
U did the valve adjustment yourself?
I have no problems throwing another tire or any work that I feel I can do but valve adjustments are not something I can do.
I agree to go with the recommended intervals and not people on the web. I'm getting near 14k so yea first big maintenance item.
I...
Yea while 14k is recommended on the SV. There are many that posted that when they got it done, there was little to no adjustment needed.
