    did you try plugging the ata cable in the other way for the drive or it looks like you have the maxtor drive set to slave and the cd-rw as master, try switching there ends of the ata66 cable and if that doesnt work try booting up without the cdrw

    yeah, its just the tv tuner, plus ati hasnt even announced an aiw version of the radeon even though its on some sites, Id say for video capture the aiw 128 was much better than the asus one, maybe you should just get a pci aiw128 and then get an agp geforce gts?

    Ive got a celeron 366 @ 550 with an abit slocket3 and a golden orb, I originally couldnt hit 550 (wouldnt lemme boot to windows and id get registry corruption) with a generic slocket (called pc100 or something) and a cheap fan. Any programs out there to test its stability?

    Nope, cheap memory isnt always good, your performance, compatibility and your stability is effected by the quality of memory you put in it, im sure most of this will be minimal but its better to pay a little more for the stuff you know is good
