Haha, no, but she did say she wished she knew beforehand so she could have told him not to buy it. She's only mildly superstitious so it's not *that* big of a deal to her she claims.

Congrats on the purchase, that's quite the upgrade! I honestly don't know what the hype is with 120Hz. I bought an Samsung LED a long time ago (like 10 years) and it was one of the first 1080p models. It's only 60Hz and the picture is still amazing and I love it. I've had zero issues...

Ok, after listening to a few different models at best buy I think I've decided to bump my budget up a little bit. I'm thinking speakers now in the 800-1k range for the pair. I listened to some Energy CF50's, and they said those are owned by Klipsch and apparently better than the Reference...

Halo 4 - November 6th

Just beat campaign on Legendary. It wasn't too bad at all. The dog things were no issue for me because they were basically Forerunner grunts - single shot kills. The Watchers/Knights or whatever, though, were brutal. They took insane amounts of ammo to take down. Solid game overall...

I typically go grocery shopping for a week at a time with perishables - and supplement with frozen/canned food as necessary. Typically I'll boil or grill 2.5 lbs of chicken breasts at a time to eat plain or use with sandwiches, which lasts a couple of days. Maybe rotate all natural turkey...
