If you click on the 'Read all reviews' link on the item page, you will see it mentioned an OEM Nero package comes with the drive. Dosen't say what version though. Hope that helps.

Installed a downloaded copy of DVD Decryptor as suggested by Phil and CalvinHobbs. Took about 5 minutes, but only because it required a restart.
