HELP!!! How big should Win2000 Professional be

Mine is bigger :) My winnt directory is over 1G and the system32 is over 500mb. I have a boatload of apps installed though. If you just have win2k and nothing else installed that sounds wrong, but if you have apps installed it is just fine.

Windows 2000 and ATA-100 support..Emergency Question

How about if you use hyperterminal to dial out? I just want to see if the modem will dial at all outside of AOL and dial-up networking. If it works under hyperterminal then your problem is all software related, if it will not work then you may have a driver or hardware issue.

Dual Boot NT4 & WIn98, Something has happened and I desperatly need help!!

I will assume you can still boot into NT? IF so load partitionmagic and convert the partition back to FAT16. It would appear that windows 98 does not want to recognize the NTFS partition as a legal partition so it is eliminated from the list and what was your 'E' drive is now your 'D' drive...

printer wont print?

Can you get the printer to perform it's own self test? read the manual cause I forgot how on the epson, and see if you can get it to print without it being hooked up to the computer. This will tell you if the printer has a problem printing or if your computer (port/driver) have the problem.
