What resolution/colour depth/refresh rate do you use?

1600x1200x75Hz @ 16Bit Color on a Gem 19" Monitor driven by a Voodoo3 2000 AGP. Damn fine 2D if you ask me. I'd use 32bit color, but the 2D speed seems to take a drop at that high of a setting. I prefer lightning fast 2D.

The G200's DO use an IRQ, but if you disable it your 3d performance will hurt really badly... But it will otherwise work fine... Otherwise though, that information isn't really amazing at all. Old video cards didn't need/use one. It wasn't until the high performance 3d cards came around that...

AGP dead?

Sounds to me like you have a driver installation issue. Either you new drivers aren't getting installed properly, or you haven't removed the old ones well enough. It is EXTREEMLY unlikely that your "AGP Slot" is dead... Reformatting and reinstalling your OS will almost certainly...
