returned email that I didn't send

I'm getting returned email that I never sent. It looks like somebody has been doing some spamming with my email addy attached. Is this probable? There's lots of stuff, all the same, from different postmasters. any ideas?

What 4 door car would you get, with only $8,000??

What do you think of this layout?

I'm not sure what you're going to do with the right side, but IMHO I felt like it was off center.. Other than that, I like what you've got. Maybe another color other than just red. A gentle background would do it, I think.
