    hmmm, thanks everyone. All I have right now is a Linksys wrt54, don't have the money to get something that will do the prioritizing currently. So I guess I will just need to use my vocal chords to prioritize traffic. I am not currently home, but the way mine is setup is the gateway downstairs...

    Thats what I'm counting on, as long as you can pass inspections in the states that have them. By temporarily reactivating it. I know current diesel owners are into removing emissions crap to get more performance, I dont see this being any different.

    adblue sounds a lot better than UREA... Diesels were reliable, till all the emissions crap. This is another thing in cold climates that can freeze.

    hah look at my sig. I've come to the conclusion I need a new system. Even with integrated graphics on a 780g mobo you'd be moving up. And you'd have a platform that will be good for years to come. I'd recommend going for AM3 socket motherboard.

    yeah, just read up on that adblue, its pee as well... Pitty just peeing in the tank will throw the sensor off and put the truck in limp mode, lol. But yeah on ford/gm's new diesel truck models the do it to meet gov't regulations. Cummins/Dodge doesn't do it because they dont need it to meet...

    Its cheaper to produce this way, resulting in a $10 pricecut. That was good news to me, as I was already planning on getting one. I do admit its weird that people have reported getting these rev2 cards a while back. and its not news till now?

    either way, in my opinion, the time invested does not equal the money saved. And it certainly doesn't justify pissing people off either, just so you can save a gallon a month.

    gets hot, as in gets over normal operating temperature? My muffler just fell off, I seem to be fine as long as I keep the car moving, I do roll the windows down at regular intervals, just in case.

    Thats a good point, some of the autoboxes kinda of aproach the manual w/o having a clutch, kinda blurs the line between the two, maybe thats why they dont want a manual. That maybe requires retooling on the production line, which costs money.

    America is very big on buying automatics... That being said, for this particular car it would be nice to have the sales figures in the past of manual vs. auto to see if that is in line with this countries tendency to buy auto's.

    Yeah, I know of the 3800's longevity, although some of those have 3500 as well, dont know as much about it. I liked the idea of the Lucerne, but it turned out too be a bit too expensive, the G6 is a good thought though. As is the Lacrosse, it has that 3800 I see. Never really looked into GM's...
