Tigerdirect.com has the HP 18.1 LCD monitor for $599. Other 18"+ LCD's go for much more usually. This is my first deals post, so take it easy if this sux. It has a decent dp and works at 1280x1024. Too bad I have a 955DF or else I'd be all over this. Opinions?

i have tried it on both connectors, but the jumper settings for all my ide drives are master, since each is the only drive per cable, per ide connector.
it's a long cable, but i'm using the closer of the 2 connectors. something is still not right. i enabled both and still 9 min or so for a less than full audio cd.
well, the dvd rom might be slowing it down. this time i made an audio cd from mp3s on my hard drive and it took about 8 min. for an almost full cd. is that still slow? somehing still doesn't seem right.
