Also, when you choose your research teams, what does it mean when their research expertise icons are shaded red? And those that have green boxes around them (maybe that info is in the manual and have missed it) That's for the doctrine expertise, Land , Naval, Air, Etc.

Sounds like you have it worked out, by buying the second one you will get the receipt needed to show full price. Take that one back using it's receipt and the originals UPC.... Sounds good to me, now I just need a Fry's around here....

It seems you cannot turn off the auto update feature aside from running in "offline-mode". As a matter of fact Steam actually re-authenticates several times online while actually running the game!!! A bit much I would say...

I know that all current games need CD's to play, I'm upset simply because I have to deal with CD's in the drive in addition to Steam. Steam could be nice in the sense where (in the future) I would only need to remember my Username/password and I could play the game anywhere I have an internet...
