Has anyone bought stuff from ati.com

I wanna pre order the x800xl for 269 with 10% discount, but i went to resellerratings.com and it has bad reviews. Im not sure if i should go by resellerratings.com because it has 28 reviews for ati.com since 2003 and some were due to x800xt pe ordeal.

3000+ with samsung tccd ram or 3200+ with value ram

Which setup do u guys think will give me the best performance. Seeing now that most athlon 64 3000+ and 3200+ socket 939 can reach 2.5 or 2.6ghz somewhat easily now.

Performance Loss with a memory divider

What will be the performane loss be if i had a 3000+ at 2.6ghz with a memory divider at 5:4 compared to 1:1 ratio of a 3200+ at 2.6ghz. And btw why did the 3200+ price spike so high?

Powecolor x800 XL

On the Powercolor website X800 XL the x800 xl has a heatsink and fan similar or same as the previous ati x800 cards instead of that llittle dinky one all over the web. So if it has the same cooling solution as the other x800s what is the ocing of the core and ram going to be like?

Does anyone in this forum have ZALMAN ZM-RS6F Is the surround sound and bass really good. Because i would like too get these headphones instead of a 5.1 surround sound cuz i have a small room.

Thanks for the reply ScissorClaw but didnt anand do a review of the pqi using samsung tccd chips and oced it to 250+mhz. So if someone can answer this question for me please. Is ocing the 3000+ to 2.6ghz or 2.5ghz really possible without the best of the best ram? Also sorry to ask this...

I plan on getting a a64 3000+ 90nm and ocing it 2.5ghz or 2.6ghz. So if i bought 1gb pc 3200 pdp 2 3 2 5 timings and oc that to 260mhz which i heard is very possible for the the pdp patriot 2 3 2 5, and have fsb 285mhz or 290mhz/260mhz (memory) what would be performance difference if i had...

How come there not much talk about this card. 16pipeline x6, 256mb GDDR3, pixel shader vertex shader 2.0b for $350 if it doesnt have a supply problem, i think the 6800gt will have a run for its money on the pci express port if it doesnt lower its price down. I hope its here by then end of...

Does eax in games really make the sound or game much better, also does having a soundcard give u better fps overall then having intergrated sound and if so which soundcard is better Chaintech 7.1 envy24 or the new soundblaster live 7.1
