Not quite....
The OP was a Gigabit Ethernet connection and this one is 10/100 Ethernet port.
Not bad for general backup duties or file server, but not that great for streaming A/V.

Don't forget $25.00 code: EVODEAL
$124.99 - $25.00 = $99.99 + $22.00 shipping = $121.99
I actually only bought it for the XP Pro COA.... but would make a nice E-mail and Internet box for some people.
Compaq EVO D510 Pentium 2.0GHz 512MB 40GB CD XP Professional...
Dude, really... how hard is it to plug in and format a hard drive?
It either works or it doesn't (DOA) or it fails after a few weeks (High failure rate) or it's still humming along.
How are the reviewers on Newegg more incompetent than others?
Most of the early reviews on Newegg are great...
First of all... great price for a huge, fast drive with 5-year warranty
I am not thread-crapping... I just want everyone to do their homework first.
I was doing some research to see how people liked these drives and was scared off by the first review I read (at Newegg)...
I bought a Roomba robot vacuum cleaner (I LOVE IT ! ! !) and a Wii on ebay and saved over $150.00 (Still waiting for my 60 days, so we will see if I get some $$$)
The only problem is that it has a 3 purchase limit and won't let me buy anything else :(
It the 3 purchase limit per store?
Found out that the pin connections are different on the 2200BG and the Atheros in my 6719.
The pins look more like the Intel 4965ABG/AGN
Just need to find drivers for Ubuntu 7.10
You could try to place the order on buy.com, proceed to checkout (using Google Check Out) and see if it still exists in your account.
It was not a "code" per se, just an e-mail telling you to use GCO for any purchase over $80.00 and receive $20.00 off.
It is either applied to your account...
I just bought a Samsung ML-2510 for $24.00 after rebate and GCO $20 off $80 offer
GCO = Google Checkout Offer (E-mailed to members)

I took about a month but I finally received my 2 cases. No major damage, just minor scratches...
The 340 is nice and small. Put in the ECS/420 Conroe combo for $62.82 and 1GB DDR2 and 80GB sata I had lying around and added the Vista Home basic for $19.90
I haven't opened the 534 with 430W...
Good News!
But errors like these are rarely database errors, but more probably human errors.
Databases do not randomly change prices unless programmed to do so.
A little QC algorithm to make sure that the selling price is never lower than the cost would go a long way!
If ( selling...
The money has not been returned to Paypal as of yet so I am still hopeful.
A quick check in their ordering system returns:
"Please allow 1 business day for order processing before checking on shipping status.
We found an order matching your information but no shipping data is available...
What's the catch?
I just ordered 3 for $59.40
There is no way this can be true... Probably just the CD with no COA..
Sorry... I'm a skeptic. Hope I didn't just blow $60.00...
If it comes through with a COA, then GREAT DEAL!
Here's their story...
There was some sort of error for orders placed by Paypal, that if you didn't press "Return to Vendor" (or something similar) from the Paypal screen, they did not receive the order.
I find that very odd since I can actually "see" my order on their website. It's funny...
Has anyone received any cases? It has been 17 days since my order and my order still says "processing". Money was paid through Paypal on 02/24/2008.
I'm sure it does not take 17 days to ship from anywhere to anywhere else in the US using any shipping method. Even pony express would have...
I am in the same boat as you...
I purchased on 2/25 and I paid with Paypal. The money has been removed from my bank account, which they shouldn't do until shipped...
I just sent them an e-mail as well..
Please post if you have ordered and received your order and your shipping method...
The other thread was locked for some reason...
I got a 534 with 430W psu for $33.99 shipped and a 340 for $13.99 shipped.
When you create an account, there is a selection for shipping method "best way" for $0.00
I will let you know how they look when they arrive.
Thanks for the additional info.... Good price on those as well.
I was considering the E2140 or E2180 and can always upgrade later.
I like the socket 775 alot.... no pins to bend/break on accident.
Select the link below and look for combo about half way down.

I agree that Dell is a huge world-wide company, not just based in Round Rock, TX any more.
My gripe was that they continually have "obvious pricing mistakes" and "take orders for items they do not have in stock, nor can they obtain in a reasonable amount of time".
It is my assumption that...
It's funny how a company like "Galaxy" can get enough 8800GT GPUs to produce these Video Cards, but a big company like say, MSI can't get any to produce any 8800GT Video Cards to supply Super-Freaking-Huge Companies like Dell with several thousand open orders to fill!
WTF !
Dell seems to have quite a few "pricing errors" or "selling items without sufficient inventory" lately....
I wonder what is happening to Michael Dell's company?
Too much reliance on foreign employees?
Poor Inventory Management/Forecasting software?
Poor Web Site Developers?
Poor...
