How do enable DualChannel on MSI Neo2 Plat

The green slots are of a single channel. The purple slots are of a single channel. If you want to run in Dual Channels then you have a put a stick in the both the green AND a stick in the purple. The Manual srongly recommends that you populate the green channel with a stick of memory...

Latency - what does this mean?

Can someone explain or provide a link to a good explanation about Latency on DDR? Also what does "2-3-2-6-1" mean in the following: 400MHz settings: 2-3-2-6-1 (CAS Latency 2) And is this better or worse, and why? 2-2-2-5-1 Thanks!
