Just got this soundcard , installed latest drivers from viaarena and my sound is working great but i cant get my mic to work, i tried a million things already. Mic is plugged in and its not muted. help plz!! thanks

My onboard is dead , thats y i got the sound card. I've tried the windows recording thing , and i dont hear nothing. I've also tried another mic , still nothing.

Its not muted and its in the right port , trust me! What i do to test my mic is play a game and just loopback my voice so i can hear it , and i dont hear nothing.

Recently i bought a creative sound blaster live 24bit sound card , and i cant get my mic to work no matter what i try. My sound works perfectly its just my mic is not working , any help??? I tried everything i could think of. thanks

A better system for me?

if your getting dfi , get good memory something like tccd or utt bh-5/ch-5 . you might need active cooling.

THANKS. This is off topic but is there like a video on the net that shows how to properly remove amd athlon 64 cpu's from there sockets? I dont want to mess things up. Also is there anything i would need like a thermal pad or something since its already being used? Any info is appreciated ...

hrm..is this a good score for 3dmark05?

system: a64 3200+ dfi nf4 ultra-d 1gb cossair vs 120 sata 450w ocz modstream psu x800 xl windows xp home w/ sp2 this is my first time with this program and the score i got was 4352.

problem with new computeR!!

well finally i get my new computer working and everything but now im getting problems. i get windows errors saying windows has recovered from a serioulsy issue when i turn my computer back up becasue it jsut turns off by its self. this all started to happend after i tried installing my verizon...

guys , i forgot to mention that this copy of xp is a copy of an orginal xp from a from a while back. i lost the original cd a while back so i been using this burned one this whole time. also i tried installing it again now i get a differnent type of error , lol i get different errors each time...
