If at a 4-way stop a cop car, ambulance, fire truck, and postal truck pull out at the same time, all with lights and sirens going (except the postal truck), who goes first?
It happens on two drives that are two years apart and are from different manufacturers. One of the drives actually arrived in the mail today. I thought that it was the other drive's fault.

Can any of the components get damaged just by raising the fsb? Basically, if I don't raise the voltage at all on the CPU or RAM, can I still screw up my system?
