I can't access my other computer

All my systems are currently running pro. I'll check these settings later but I'm pretty sure that's how I have them. It used to work and then one day it only gave me guest options. So I just tried and when I clicked security policies I get this error: Snap-in failed to initialize...

I have set up my three computers on a network and have various folders shared on each system. for some reason lately I can access my desktop from my laptops, but can't access my laptops from my desktop. The window pops up for the username and password but I am not given the option to chose...

It sucks that you can't turn it off. I do think that they will come out with a fix at some point though. Enough people have complained about what you mention for them to. If possible can you send me a audio clip of what your drive does. I would like a comparison to mine.

They said the noise was certainly a vibration of some sort. Not an indicator of failure though. I believe they will be replacing it with a cross shipment special just for me. Isn't that nice.

Hitachi Deskstar 7k400 Makes Vibration Noises

I have dreaded doing this as all my wires are zipped down. I guess I have no other choice. Hitachi wants me to send them the error log on the DFT utility even though it came up with no errors. Any one have experience with RMAing with them. Good or Bad to deal with.

XP Paging File HELP!!!

I have a raid configuration with 72 Gigs and a 400 Gig storage. I do not think that is the issue. I didn't mention harddrives anywhere in my post anyways. My problem is windows resizing the paging file when it is at a set size.

XP Paging File HELP!!!

I have my paging file set to be 256MB. Windows will randomly increase it to 1536MB on restart. I go through the system profile and it says set to 256MB. Same with the registry. I am stumped on what this is. I would guess it has something to do with an application interacting with the OS...

I have to agree with wylecoyote. 350 watts even at 83% effeciency is not enough power for that system. The graphics and processor would creep ever closer to the limits of that psu. Then add in your motherboard, HD's, Optical drives, Case fans, floppy, USB devices, etc...

Anyone have a Thermaltake Tower 112?

I use one to great effect. Heavy beast though. option for two 90mm fans great if you want some serious airflow. I use mine with a VERY low speed fan for quiet operation and I can still oc with good temps.

It is a good fan. The controller will dial it in to a respectable level of sound and it will still put out a good amount of air. Silverstone makes reliable product that works well.
