Do we move through time,does time pass us by

hmmmmm I have no idea about this subject so if my post makes no sense, pay no attention. If greater speed = slower time then even small changes in speed shuld affect time? Even if we're splitting hairs, surely time is going at even a minute fraction slower wen I am travelling in my car...

Stutter at regular intervals...

If its only WOW stuttering its likely an internet issue... cable tends to b unreliable from wat I've heard. Make sure u dont have any spyware or applications consuming your bandwidth

Explain to me Nero's "read buffer"

well buffers are just basicly temporary storage while burning... Usually they do not slow down unless your cpu is somehow prevented from processing the data faster than the DVD is burning... but that SHOULD cause a buffer underun. It is perculiar... but if you hit 10x then it just looks like...

Believe it, vertical syncronisation matters. it is not card dependant, rath it is monitor dependant. Vertical sync attempts to relieve tearing by matching your frame-rate to your refresh rate... If you are running CS:S @ 60Hz then the drop will be rather dramatic... turn it off please, or...

LCD response times

CRT monitors tend to get a lot of tearing with faster frame-rates, because the graphics card is displaying images faster than the monitor can refresh... and on low refresh rates some people can actually see the monitor updating or flickering. Apparently with LCD screens this deosn't occur...

ahhh yes, but your missing the whole point. A 2.6Ghz is mostly innefficent for the graphics market at our current stage (as demonstrated by you all). BUT cards are not worth the money we pay for them, they are indeed primitive (even if for a reason) in comparison to our CPU's, so we should pay...
