I haven't received anything either and I have e-mailed them twice asking about it. I have received no reply at all, which is kind of weird because they always reply. Even if it is to tell me I wasn't eligible. I may have to break out my insider on this one; my brother is an "Order Specialist"...
Biggest problem with a friends computer is whenever it boots he gets an error that a "wnad program has performed an illegal function and will be shut down". The only thing I can find on wnad is it seems to be a major operating function of Windows.
