the brackets that can be moded to work with stock coolers have 4 little tiny bumps in the inner corner of the plastic, theys can be sawed off or dremeld off to make the entire bracket an even level
that looks like the 9 has been smuged out in the screen shot and it looks more like an x1800xt that overclocked to me. You cant see the stock speeds in any screen shots or the real name of it becuase it has been painted over
i have a lian li pc-6070b and its got some tight spaces for water cooling but i got it workd in with very minamal mods to the case (i added some side fans for better air flow)
