Outlook w/ Business Contact Manager running out of memory

I pretty much do need the BCM. I had it working fine on my old laptop so I know that it can work. How do I adjust the memory settings on SQL and what should they be set to? MY gut is telling me that this is a SQL problem, but I have no experience with SQL so I do not know where to even start.

A possibility except I have not found a DVD player that also has an analog tuner which fails the main test--being able to watch a show on TV while recording a diiferent show at the same time. And I have a bazillion blank VHS tapes and no re-writable DVDs.
