Yeah you can exchange that oem xp pro key into a xp 64 pro key. They will expect that you are going to install it on a 64 system, and won't make you verify what computer you are using to upgrade.
Here is the link to exchange

I installed x64 Xp a few days ago, only thing is I have no sound because im waiting on the release of Live! 24bit for my built on audio (K8N) :(
Can't wait to try out Far Cry!
I believe I have the SI driver installed, I will have to check again though. I thought I saw somewhere that SI Sata was faster cause it was on the pci-e bus, Can anyone clarify that?
Anyone know why I cant boot my windows HD when im plugged into the silicon image pci-e sata port... It starts booting and gives me a blue screen then it restarts.. My machine boots fine from the nforce sata.
System:
Amd 3200+ Win
MSI Neo4 SLI Platinum
kingston 3200 1gb
WD Raptor 36gb
Is anyone having problems with the audio on the Neo4 Sli? randomly I get lots of distortion..
I have tried different speakers and no luck, seems to be the soundblaster device.
MSI K8N PLATINUM SLI
looks like MSI USA finally got the info up on there end..
Yeah I will take any msi nforce4 board I can get my hands on first... been waiting too long!
No i understand which board is which and it know that both boards i posted are SLI, Im making a statement that if you order this board from ZZF
MSI K8N PLATINUM SLI (note the corrected name)
You will not get the diamond you will get this
MSI k8N PLATINUM SLI (WITHOUT BT AND WIFI...
The diamond has dual lan and a included wifi + bluetooth adapter. The board that ZZF has listed is the Neo4 platinum sli. edit* MY MISTAKE.. MEANT TO CALL IT THE PLATINUM SLI
thx. BTW, congrats on first post ;)
Thanks, been surfing the forums for a while..
I have everything I need besides the mobo.. I have been debating between ASUS and MSI.. the xtra pci-x slots and the asus overclocking problems have me unsure at the moment.
