Walmart returns are a lot more strict. According to the local WallyWorld you can only return something without a receipt once in a calendar year. They use your drivers license to record this.
There used to be a time when they would take back stuff with Kmart price tags on them.
The pages still show the sale prices but when I add items to my cart, they show up as full price. Even at the point that you confirm your order, they are still full price. I sure hope its still selling at those prices, I was ordering it for a gift. :(
