    Yeah, this is with an Epox EP-9NPA+ULTRA and a 3000+ venice and dual channel 2x512 Corsair VS... I decided to take it off of auto, so it went from 2T to 1T, but then it went from 200MHZ to 166MHZ... is that supposed to happen? What should I do?

Thanks for the suggestion about the cable under the sound card... part of the problem is how all my fans are connected.. if you can see how the red black and yellow cables are all connected you can tell it'll be hard to move it anywhere else... also, with the 24 pin thing being to the left...
