200MHz: 1:1 with HTT

I run my HTT at 267 and my memory divisor at 5:6 so my memory clock is 222.5MHz * 2 = 445MHz DDR

Possible answer to #1: I believe Cool&Quiet drops the voltage when the CPU isn't under load, and what you set in the BIOS is the max voltage. I could be complete wrong, can someone else back me up?

Woo Hoo! This new BIOS is great! I can achieve the previous overclock (267HTTx4 2404MHz with ClockGen) using the beta BIOS on the Chaintech site MajorPayne linked to. New options in the BIOS include setting the HTT frequency by 1MHz intervals as well as new memory options (1T - 2T selection)...

There is a BIOS update on the Chaintech website. No changelog or any documentation with it. The timestamp is dated 12/29 (the one that came w/ my board was dated 12/20). I've installed it, but there seems to be no improvment in overclocking.
