    Room temperature, no overclock, it should have been just fine. The X300 worked before an after so I must have just gotten a bad board. You would think they test each one before shipping. I guess I shouldnt complain though-I can wait a week or two more for an $80 savings from MSRP.

    Heinrich has it right. I can easily oc beyond 220 fsb in windows with rock solid stability (over 12 hour prime95 torture test) but the bios refuses to post above 219. Even at 219, it fails prime95 within a few minutes. So therefore, there is a big problem with the bios and not our processors.

    I'm not familiar with the modstream, and while the interior dimensions of the V1100 are probably the same as the V1000 I can't be sure, but as long as the dimensions of the modstream are no larger than the PC P & C 510 series AND NO FAN IS TOP-MOUNTED you should be OK...

    So a PSU with a top mounted fan will not fit? or will cooling just not be ideal? I know some have confirmed that the Antec Neopower and Fortron power supplies fit fine and I believe they have 120s on the top. Thanks for your help!
