Just wanted to put a datapoint in here.
For the last week or so my ASUS SLI rig has been running perfect.
Now, I had an issue at 1st, but it was fixed by spending to much $$ on a PCP&C 510 SLI power supply.
I wonder how many of the RMA's for this board are #1 PSU issue #2 agressive OC...
I tossed my Max 10 drives on the raid controler (not the nvidia one) they seem to work fine, but I am running 2002. Are the issues only with the nvidia raid or any way you connect them?
Cross posting this a bit but what are you guys getting for Ram speed and what would "right" be for a none OC'd system.

yes, they are in the blue slots.
And they are the same type, brand speed.. but were not a "kit"
and your right your speed is showing a lot faster than what I get so how do you "fix" it?

Ok, odd's are my "not on the list ram" will not work in dual channel. But I thought I would ask the dumb question others might wonder as well.
What makes the memory work in dual channel vs single channel, how can you tell one from the other.
Do you have to do somthoing other than plug...
One comment... if your running one video card, posting what your PS is that runs one video card seems rather pointless on a thread on the power needs of a SLI board. Am I wrong? Seems most PS will work for that.
I'm running a PC&P 510 SLI, after trying and failing with a therm 480w My rig...
Actually my old PS was a Thermaltake W0044RUC Silent PurePower TWV480 480W Total Watts (18amps on the 12v rail)
So, we can tell from this, 18amps is not enough if you have 2 6800GT's and a 55-FX
my system again:
Board: ASUS nForce4 SLI "A8N-SLI Deluxe" (Bios 2002)
CPU: AMD Athlon 64...
Just wanted to let people here know. Swiching to a PCP&C 510 SLI fixed my "reset" issues it seems (none in 24hrs) and the 12V line is showing 11.8-11.9 vs 11.3-11.5 for the 480W "old" power supply. (18w 12v)
Also having two PSI-e and lots of SATA cleaned up the "web of adaptors" needed.
I have been getting a bios hold of "CPU FAN FAIL" even though I look over and the cpu fan is spinning.
Sandra also reported the CPU fan fail
Any idea's?
Bios 2002, btw I have a single raptor on the nvida controler and a raid of WD 300g on the other controler and it seems to work fine...
Runestone, all connections firmly plugged in. Was one of my 1st thoughts as well.
This is my thought of the moment on what is happening.
(More testing needed)
I took the side fan and the side of the case off, I pointed a strong fan plugged into the 110v outlet and blasted cold air into...
System "turns off" random times.
Has happend about 5 times now in the last 2 hours. Sometimes it will go for a couple hours sometimes for 10 min.
Before I start RMA'ing the MB and the PS i was wondering if anyone else was getting this issue.
There is no warning... the screen just go's...
