Hey - Thanks to everyone - That did it. I used Disk Manager to Partition / Format in one step. That was the issue. Now it shows up as "Healthy" and in Win Explorer. Thanks!

Get Rid of My Thermaltake Venus 12 or What?

I've got a TT Venus 12 on AMD 64 FX-55. I have to run at 5000 RMP to keep the CPU below 40 'C. It is louder than hell. I'm kind of scratching my head re-thinking. I have gone back and re-applied thermal compound and it didn't make any difference. Suggestions?

I DO NOT think that I formatted the 2nd drive during XP install. I don't remember doing that. Followed your directions - CP/AT/CM/DM - Both drives show up. The primary (OS) drive, the C: drive shows up as "Disk 1, Basic, Online: NTFS - Healthy (System)." The 2nd drive shows up as "Disk...

Both drives show up during boot (and in BIOS utility). I have installed all MB drivers I think (I will double check). Both drives show up under Device Manager, but only the C: drive with the XP OS shows up in Win Explorer?

vlad4 I think I'll jerry rig a 10-pin internal female to 10-pin internal male and add 3 inches. Short of this I will have to re-route the cables per your method. What a PITA. Everything else is so fine on that Lian-Li, you think they would have had this one dialed. Thanks for the help.

Your OCZ should have plenty of current for 2 boards. Did you plug an additional power cable into the EZ Plug on the Mobo. It says that 2 cards will not be stable until you supply power to this connector. I am in the process of assembling my machine. Got everything now but the darn video...
