I have a following situation and need some help.
I have a router that is 10/100 and i have to machines connected to it. Everything is fine.
But i also have a asus a8nd sli deluxe which has two gigabit lan ports and on my other computer i have 1 10/100 mb card and 1 gb lan card...
I can now confirm that disabling ncq didnt help. My files seem to be beyond repair. everything that has any remote link to the local settings folder(like outlook) ends up with a bsod.
Any suggestions? I would be grateful since i dont have time or will for another install.

Had 6.39 drivers installed since they went out.
Unfortunately i got little yellow triangle in tray tonight that some file was corrupted and that windows needs to do chkdsk.
I turned off NCQ. chkdsk is now saying the volume is clean...but i just hate this...
Ive just set up my computer as...
I installed it right on top of the old ones and it works fine...NCQ is on by default..which is a bit scary...but disk seems faster than before. I did a backup to my other computer over network...It shifted 6.5 gb in 20 min and i had no errors during that time...Anyone tried copying large files...
It seems that on new drivers ncq is turned on by default. But those drivers seem to be ok. I have no problems and everything is sooo much faster.
I dont get the audio driver stuff in the driver,but nevermind..If you have a8nsli-deluxe i wouldnt recommend installing the audio part it messed up...
I have a8n sli deluxe and i installed the new v6.39 nvidia drivers just last night right on top of the old ones that came with mobo...It seems now ncq is default turned ON. But everything is running in light speed...And perfect. Much better than original drivers.

Ive got this drive and 1003 bios...It works fine...NCQ is off...But i believe theres a bigger problem with nvidias drivers then there is with bios or the mobo or the drive.

Well i just got word from thermalright support that theirs nb1-c chipset cooler isn't supported if you r about to run two vid cards...since im using just one....maybe ill give thermalright a try...but expensive that one is...but maybe it will run a bit cooler...i feel unsafe with nb being so...
Well not really a tornado...120 mm one is sharkoon silent meaning its not audible.
92mm ones are zalmans and if controlled by qfan they are silent enough...Problem is currently that i have reversed the side ones to blow air in and plugged the little cables that came with them (with resistors)...
Installed nb47j but different than in the picture taken in post above..rotated it 90 degrees counterclokwise...

I got a few fans blowing air in from side almost on it...but it gets pretty warm on it...but no noticable problems so far...If it burns ill...

One of the modules was defective i can now confirm that TakeMS (MemorySolutioN Gmbh) modules BD512500TEC are working hapilly in dual channel mode...
