Lian-Li QC problems?

Does your 1100 have the side panel stiffners? I think they might have made some changes in this area. You might see if they have increased the PSU area a bit. :)

Warning about Lian Li 1200 cases

The cases I have had in my possession and seen at other importers and retailers were factory fresh and in sealed banded cartons right from the factory warehouse in Taiwan. I pulled both of mine right off a pallet sitting in the importers warehouse. You guys just wait...I figure that these...

Lian Li PC61 - Video Card is not fitting? :-/

Try this: Take all cards out of the computer. Loosen the hold down screws on the mb. Install video card and tighten screw on same. Tighten mb hold down screws. Turn on computer and check to see if everything okay. If not then RMA video card as it has the incorrect metal bracket.

Have you ever known cpu-z to be wrong?

If you are interested you can go to http://www.picoelectronics.com as they seem to make a lot of PFC modules. I think every module they make has autoranging AC capability. Perhaps this is because military organizations were the first to want PFC as it makes less problems when you are out and...

Power supply rebranding

Lian-Li QC problems?

I totally agree so long as it's a server case. If it is for a friend I would prefer a removable tray for ease of work and re-work. But for me I would rather have a big fan and no vibrations. I have seen case designs that have removable trays, 120mm fans, and tray bolt downs to eliminate...

I believe all the V series cases have no removable tray. I think if they did that they would have the box fall apart (literally). My PC-75 also does not have a removable tray. With the size of it you can just stick your head in and look around ;)

Yes I have quite a few Lian-Li cases as well. The PC-7x series are all solid aluminum and very well finished. Not a single blemish or any other problem for that matter. It's the PC-6x series that seem to started having steel in them. And the V series cases are loaded down with steel! I spent...

Ahh the V1200 cases have no removable mb tray (I think all of the V series as well) and there is a LOT of steel on the case. Also there have been some interesting QC issues regarding screws, poor machining, re-work, and poor finishing lately. Check out this thread for more Li-Li fun.

Is a PC Power and Cooling 510-SLI worth it?
