Okie, Thanks for the answers. One last question, Anyone know how to setup the preferences for Boinc so that it runs hard with minimal wasted resources. Some of the settings i have no idea what to set it for. Such as Graphics preferences : Select Custom to edit individual parameters. I rather...

Boinc Question

Error message was the acct was not found. To answer Rattledagger, yes, i registered under Seti Classic this year. Well, i couldn't bear waiting and i just created a new acct. Does anyone know if the stats from classic will transfer to BOINC ? Thanks guys.

Boinc Question

Hi, trying to test out Boinc here and when i try to register or log in via their website to activate the acct , it gives me an error. Anyone know what it could be ? Would i have to create a new acct and would be stats be updated with my acct as well ? I registered for Seti this year by the way.

More questions, lol, thanks for your patience ! How long you think the CLI version is going to last before BOINC is the only one allowed ? Is it going to be ? Really liking the CLI version, lol and thanks for the responses.

LOL, thanks guys, was just making sure. Got 3 computers and 2 laptops. was using the screensaver but i heard cli was a tad faster or whatever so why not :)

http://www.gygabite.com/smokeball/sigline.htm This shows you how to install and setup a client. I joined TA thru the website. In one of the steps listed, it says to join Team Anandtech via CLi client. Do i need to do that since i joined from the website ? Thanks all.

Hi, Joined your team a couple of days ago and i was wondering if the majority runs just Seti or Seti + a bunch of other type programs such as FOLDING. And what would be a good results per return per day ? Last question, how many computers do you use for Seti ? I'm just curious :)...
