power supply question

im not certain but I believe a 300 should be fine considering it only uses what it needs and 300 watts would be the maximum.

I say think of it like this, if there was a truly better choice people would all know. I turn mine off at night and again on the morning, thats just me.

ATA 133

Hi folks. I have a motherboard that supports ata 133 as well as a hard drive that does but it seems to be running only at ata100. i dont see a bios feature to turn it to 133. Any suggestiosn??

Powersupply Shuts Off Immediately - Need Help!

Hi folks, I just assembled my computer yesterday and it was working fine; however, today when I turn it on the power supply turns on for a split second and turns back off. I disconnected all the hardware and attempted to turn the psu on on its own and it does the same thing. Any suggestions...

Yes I've rebooted many times. I've installed service pack 4, my display drivers, motherboard drivers. It just runs, well, extremely slowly. It seems to "pause" often, or so it seems to me.
