If someone tries to steal your car should you have the right to shoot and kill them?

Not in Wisconsin. The self defense laws here are ridiculous. Even if someone was bashing your head in with a pipe and you killed them, you might get arrested yourself.

Console Gaming for Kids

I think I'll go with the Wii. The DS would be cool, but children lose things too easily :) I guess if I want an Xbox or PS3 later I can get it. I suppose some people have more than 1 gaming console :)

ASUS Motherboard Warrantee and RMA process

The BIOS got corrupted on my board, because I tried to update it with the ASUS utility under x64 Vista - don't do that :) It failed in the middle of the update and I knew that if I tried to reboot, I'd be SOL. So I bought an eVGA board and RMAed the ASUS board once the new system was setup...

ASUS Motherboard Warrantee and RMA process

I've RMAed ASUS boards before, most recently a P5B-Deluxe. Fill out the online RMA request and they will send you a # which is good for 30 days. I want to say that I received my board back within 4 weeks after mailing it, but I don't remember exactly. The process is pretty easy though.
