How hot is too hot for a case temp?

My desk has this stupid compartment obviously to store a pc in, but when I put my tower in and close the door the case temp gets pretty high. 35-36 degree celcius seems normal, and doing cpu intensive stuff I've seen it get up to 45, might have gone higher but I opened the door and let it cool...

Recommend a 17" LCD w/dvi and A/V Inputs?

Cool. I've been searching since I posted and found a few. I'll definately let you know how it goes and what the quality is. Do you think I'd be able to attach the box to the VGA port on my monitor, and my pc to the DVI port? That would probably be the best bet, right??

Really? Maybe I am using the wrong word? What are the three connectors found on most vcr's and some tv's now, that are red, white, and yellow called? I swear I've seem LCD's in best buy with these. Anyone?

Laptop Cdrom in regular pc?

Actually, that connector is just the casing for the drives. If you take that off they all have a standard IDE/power connector that I believe you can find adapters to convert to a normal IDE cable. I've wondered for a while why manufacturers don't switch to using the slim drives.

Can't get PHP, MySQL, and Apache to work together!!!?

Mobile Pentium 1000mhz for labtops, where can I get them?

Go for a mobile celeron. They have 256k cache, .13u process, and 133mhz FSB, and speeds up to 1.4ghz. As good or better then the 1000mhz P3, and ALOT cheaper!! GO CELERY!

which is the best router out there ?

Really they are all pretty much the same. Just go to best buy and look for whatever is on clearance or open box. I got my netgear R311 for $30:-) I do have one gripe, but i think its my ISP's fault. On my Adelphia cable modem, I sometimes lose DNS info, and I have to reboot my router.

what is the fastest CPU i can put in my i810 chipset mobo?

After re-thinking this, I don't think a 1Ghz P3 is going to work. My mobo won't support the voltage for a coppermine without some sort of slocket. That means the 1gig slot one is out. And my board doesn't support 133mhz FSB, so the FC-PGA in a slocket is out. I'm starting to think my best...

Anyone still use Celerons?

I took out my K6-3 450 and put my 300A@450 back in. Seems my i810 mobo has better chipset support (Intel) then my nice Epox (VIA) board. Too bad I had to give up 2 PCI slots, 2 ISA slots, and a dimm slot. Lucky it has onboard audio!! Its probably time to upgrade, but this baby works great...
