I have this one. It's not that bad actually. I upgraded from an old 250watt power supply that I finally pinpointed to be the cause of spontaneous reboots and crc errors on large files. I've had no problems whatsoever with this one, even after upgrading to an Athlon xp1700 and Shuttle AK31...

Hanpan, the 256 is Corsair, the 512 is not. Both are good deals, but the Corsair especially so given what RAM prices are like everywhere else right now.

Someone said in this thread: http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.cfm?catid=40&threadid=667083 that they just got the card. Now considering the retail version with all the cables and software and a 3 year warranty can be had for a little over $300, does anyone really think this is worth it???

As mentioned you can overclock it a bit with that utility. It's also supposed to do AGP 2X, but mine defaults to 1X. You can force it to 2X through a registry hack, but that caused instability when I tried it on mine. As for it not being a good card etc. it depends on what you are doing with...
