Well...these boards do not run at 400 when all 4 of the slots are populated....they rather run at 333. Thats the problem with these boards...Intel do run...but Amd is a no go with 400 and 4 sticks...

Well there is a solution to the PC Probe issue which occured after we all installed the 1008 beta. This problem has been solved in the PC Perspective forum. Probe now works like before.
If its a Winchester core (u can check it in cpuz), then u can crank up the fsb speed to 250 (point out the multiplier to be 10). Keep the voltage at 1.40. I hope it will run at stock voltage....it should, if not crank it up a little. Then run the dram at 333 (check the timings by yourself, which...

I guess 1007 does a perfect job most of the times. I am runnin' my machine at 2500 mhz with no problem at all. I think we all should wait till ASUS comes up with a very stable BIOS in the near future.
I completely agree to what Akugami says. Its very informational and brief. And as mobo...my personal choice is DFI NF4 SLI (future proof), along with the 3200+ Winchester or Venice.
