    the 5.7 is aluminum, maybe the gen4 engine? independent, should be the same the as the caddy c?? ..... i can't remember the name :P but it is the same basic suspension, but I would say Holden hass it working pretty well by now.

    The Holden Monaro series 2 has just been released in Australia and will go on sale in Jan next year. This is the exact car the GTO will be based on :) The only difference should be the front bumper and some minor changes to the rear bumper to allow a dual exhaust, everything else inside and out...

    Here is a hot tip for all you americans from an aussie. The GTO WILL have over 400hp. I'm not really sure how much over it could be, but it is I believe one of these, 409hp, 422hp or 436hp. I guess you will find out the exact figure in a little less than 2 months.

    Not quite a vectra ;). It is the same car as a Holden Commodore, which is based off the Opel Omega (but bigger!), but it has had its back end changed to be a hatch. The bodykit might make it look like a vectra, but you would find it is MUCH larger than one.
