And in any case, the curent generation (Radeon X1xxx and nVidia 7xxx) have WAY better video scaling/smoothing/rendering capabilities. When i say video, I mean video, not graphics. MPEG2, WMV etc! For anyone using these in a HT setting, they're VASTLY superior to, say, the X800 and nVidia 6600...

Pardon my French - but that's a load of fresh, hot BS. My AT&T service has improved continuously, customer service has been aboutpar for the course and I've continued to get my annual customer retention/new phone discounts as always. 4+ years with ATTWS/Cingular, and still loving it :)

Bahh - never mind - the ewiz one is warranted for only 30 days for replacement, 1 year for repair, and is a bulk/open box drive. The ZZF one is the retail packed 5-year warranty - without which over 50cents a GB is excessive anyway ;)

Its cold by comparison. I'm not denying there is a purpose for 2MB cache (even 5400 rpm) drives - TiVos are perfect destinations, because anything more is wasted. Just reiterating that 45 cents/GB for that kind of drive isn't hot at all :).

Hmm - they raised the price of the 200GB to 99.99! Think we have a snitch? Anyway, 45-50 cents/GB is average,w ithout rebates. SATA drives at 50-55 cents/GB are available now (no rebates!) <edit> Discovered the 200Gb they're selling has 2MB cache. Makes the deal FREEZING cold :)

Valid point (bad admin features) - that's why I use my old D-Link router with MUCH better admin tools as my central, MAC filtering, routing device that also serves (static) DHCP. And my Belkins disallow G client connection (making them watertight), and only BRIDGE to the MAcs of the other 2...

Right and wrong. Your network performance WILL increase, because wireless radios on traditional routers can either send or receive, and from/to one (wirelessly connected) device at a time, only - at max speed (which is already WAY lower than stated theoretical max speeds, most 54 mbps routers...
