now showing up as $46.99.
Glad I ordered one this morning.
Looks like we may be looking at order cancellations if this was indeed a price mistake.

ohhhh I thought that was the SATA version at first.
The SATA is a little higher, but also on sale it looks like.. (however for a higher price than can be found elsewhere)
Got my pillow from overstock.com today.
It's pretty nice. It is very comfortable when laying on either my back or my side.
Also it doesn't have a very strong odor, something that alot of them fresh out of the box have. (Espeically the cheaper ones)
One question though. The pillow...

thing is though... class action lawsuits wont help anything.... beyond taking money from nvidia... (which will at some point be passed down to you again) and giving money to lawyers...
typically class action lawsuits result in cash settlements of around $5 per person or so.......... while the...
Weird.
the new bios is great.
But anytime I take my core above 400 or the ram above 1100 my 3d mark score drops.
Does expert tool do some type of throttling?
I was never able to run my ram faster than 1100, but with expert tool I can set it to 1200 with no issues..
but if either the...
ahh ok,
just checking.
I also run dual VGA monitors on mine, and wasn't experiencing any issues with any of the GT Bioses using this setup.
I thought you meant that the dual DVI was now functional in GT (I cant test as I dont have dual DVI monitors yet either... soon maybe)
Thanks again...
Thuigs, is this the GTU bios?
I noticed earlier
Viper87227 said he was using the VGA dongles
and you replied: yep, thats dual dvi.
But that has always worked on the GT bios, it was the Dual DVI that didnt work.
Im a tad confused.
Thanks for the clarification
Dave
Aonic has updated his ISO image, however it does seem to work for me.
The correct files are on the CD (win viewed in windows) however when I boot from the CD, I see all the old files from the Ultra disk rather than the correct files from the GT disk... very strange.
Anyone else having this...
I fear these will be hard to find for a while.
First of all you can hardly even get the X800 XT PE anywhere. And it was paper launched months ago.
Also they are supposed to be available Jan 2, 2005
Yet there are no reviews samples out..
Also they are launching it right AFTER Christmas...
thanks for the hard work!
yeah the Ultra bios with GT timings would be excellent.. for all 6800 ultra users not just the evga LE users.
Thanks again,
Dave
I noticed over on the BE forums that the LE-> GT bios is gone from the thread, and only the LE->ultra bios remains.
Was the move to a single bios successful? or are you guys still working on the final GT bios?
Thanks for the great work!
Dave
the iso burned now will boot,
I haven't flashed the bios yet as Im currently not at home, but I have tested the new image file and it does load to the menu correctly.
I think that is a better image than the other..... as it simply emulates the floppy.
Thanks again.
Ill try flashing tonight
not a big deal either way. I was just curious if anyone was having the problem except me, and if they found a work around.
could just make a bootable CD from the floppy image in nero.. I might just do that at a friends house.
Thanks,
Dave
Can't get the BIOS Cd image to work.
I have burned it with both Alcohol and Nero..
It burns fine... but when the CD starts booting.. and gets to the part to detect the cd drive, I get an error saying El Torito failed to load..
anyone have any idea what the issue is or how to resolve it...
Curiosity for aonic and thugs
If the BFG Bios will work fine on these cards, wondering if the Gainward GT Bios would work ok on these cards? Im curious because teh Gainward and XFX GT cards both have dual DVI, this could allow people to use GT Bioses with DUAL DVI working..
just wondering...
the eVGA LE will always be faster than the NU because it has the full 16 pipes and faster memory.
It is very close to most GT cards at stock, and there is only a 25mhz difference in the GT core and the cores on these cards. And the memory is still faster than the GT cards.
and trust me.. the...
Just out of curiosity, is there anything in particular you guys are doing to get these massive 3dMark05 scores?
Im seeing several getting around 5400 with the card at 425mhz.
Im runing at 450/1150 currently and getting 5041.
Pentium 4 3.0Ghz w/ HT
1.0gb Ram
not that that is shabby...
flashed to LE-GT1.4.rom and all I can say is wow!
3Dmark05 Scores:
running default bios 400mhz/1100mhz = 3779
LE-GT1.4 bios 450mhz/1150mhz= 5041
3dmark03:
LE-GT1.4 bios 450mhz/1150mhz= 12277
Temps:
Core: 46 Degrees
Ambient: 32 Degrees
That is amazing.. great work..
I could...
