    I'm running two ST3200826AS 200GB NCQ Seagates in RAID 0, and device manager says NCQ is enabled on both of them. My one ST380817AS 80GB NCQ Seagate is also installed (from time to time, hot pluggable!), and NCQ is also enabled for it according to device manager. I haven't had any problems...
