Wifi range booster for laptop/notebook?

Hi. I'm currently have an internal wireless card and the range it can pick up isn't that great. I was wondering if there is anything out there that I can add onto my existing system to increase the internal wireless range, and if so, how far and any recommendations? I don't really want to...

XP won't install PCI Modem and Video Card...Help?

Anyone recommend any software program that can read what brand and model the PCI Modem and Video Card are, other than just opening it up? XP can pick up that they're there, but can't install the driver for them. This is on a notebook by the way.

Good Website for Notebook parts...??

Any recommendation for a good website that sells decent (cost and quality) parts for notebooks (ram, hard drive, processor, etc.), preferrably for Dell??

Print spooler service not running?

Thanks, but this is the error I get when I try to start it... Could not start the Print Spooler service on local Computer: Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.

Hard Drive Failure?

Had a similar situation where I went to reformat the hard drive and when I load the XP disk it'll get stuck. Got fed up and figure it was the hard drive, just went to buy a new one and it works fine. Other than that, just check your wiring, make sure all the pins are lined up correctly and secure.

Print spooler service not running?

I cannot print anything. I cannot add any printers or go to the server properties. I get a messenge, "Operation can not be completed. The print spooler is not running." Any help guys?

Dell Inspiron 600m for $699

Great laptop for its price, but not the best out there. If you're on a budget, considering its price, its pretty damn good. I personally have one and its great for Internet, home, and school. It's light and the battery life is around 3 hours. Keep in mind that this laptop is under $1,000 so...

Upgrade memory for Dell 600m Question?

Specs: Dell Inspiron 600M Pentium M 1.60GHz 598 MHz, 512 MB of RAM I'm not too familiar with memory upgrade and compatibility. Will the "Crucial 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-3200 - OEM Model# CT6464Z40B" be compatible with my system and if so, will it be a good upgrade? Any other suggestions...
