Honestly it depends on the store. If that particular Best Buy has good service & staff, they will probably do a good job. At the Best Buy I used to work at, I knew the installers knew their $hit and would do a good job... so they wired everything in my old car. Just go in and talk to them to...
My advice is to return it to Wally World w/ your receipt... or you can always try places w/out the receipt and see if they'll give you store credit. Say you got it as a b-day present or something.
If you want a good big TV, get a DLP... either a Samsung or Mits

I've never had a D-Link router, but probably never will. There's a reason... Let's just say I used to work retail and we tended to get a lot of "defective" D-Link routers.
