    Hi guys, just wondering.... knowing that I want to overclock my 3700+ San Diego on an DFI Ultra-D board, what memory would you recommend the most. I known that OCZ makes c DFI special PC-5000 memory, so I might go with it, but what about the other. What RAM perferm the best with my settings.

    4200rpm on a Tip-Magnetic Fan is silent. You only hear the air flowing, not the fan rotating.

    Prescott 3.2 is getting very HOT

    It's ~35 dB-A at full speed.... I am using it, with the ASUS Q-Fan control, so it's always running silently around 4200rpm. It will only go up to 5600rpm, when it's getting hot.

    Prescott 3.2 is getting very HOT

    On what socket are you? If 478, get a Vantec Aeroflow. It is very quiet, runs at 5600rpm. I use it in my Prescott 3.0E GHz in an Antec OVERTURE case(not a super ventiled case). My CPU is 37 celcius degrees in idle, and go MAX at 52 celcius degrees at full load(encoding XviD).

    Yeah, I did get it for better cooling and noise, but I intend to overclock my 3700+ San Diego at the max it can on air cooling. 30 dB-A isn't loud for me, I have presently a Vantec Aeroflow on my Barton and my Prescott, and each of them are 35 dB-A.
