Just got mine. Can anyone help me out, as my wireless part of the router doesn't seem to light up and on the status page it shows that there's no connection to the wireless part. Do I have a defective router/AP, want to save time from dealing with crappy tech support.
Thanks in advance.
Great advice in here. Was wondering though if all these tacitcs still apply to newer model cars. Wife and I are thinking of going an MB dealership and maybe putting a deposit on a 2003/2004 E55.
Anyone know, what's the best strategy here, since I heard if you put a deposit and put yourself on...
I picked up the dreamcast at what's called EBX near my work, then went to exchange of the games at a regular EB near my house, since I read some of the reviews of those games sucked. The games i exchanged were less than the initial purchased ones, so the sales person refunded my the difference...
I saw in the mall that electronics boutique is offering a free dreamcast if you spend $75 in dc games or accessories. The same deal is offered on the n64 games and accessories. Included pre-owned games.
Any P4S333 users flash their bios to 1004c and experience less stablity at overclocking than the 1003 bios? On 1003, I could do fsb 150/voltage 1.60 with over 4hrs of prime95 and not a hiccup. But when flashed to the newer 1004c, experience errors at around an hour. Needed to up the voltage to...
Flatbroke,
I was pretty happy with the mushkin ram. Forgot to mention that it's PC2100. I debated getting mushkin vs crucial, but calculated that even with anandtech's 15% discount (while it was alive), the mushkin would come out the same. Plus, they have the heat spreaders, don't know about...
Finally got around to installing my parts, since I was waiting on my ram from Mushkin. Crucial w/ tax is just the same cost and does not have the nice heat spreaders that Mushkin provides on there ram. Anyways, here's my parts:
P4 1.6A- Costca Rica A709 chip
Asus P4S333
512mb DDR mushkin high...
Thanks wlee,
Needed another HD, and this one's perfect. I chose not to use the 30 off 150, but instead used the free computer bag coupon and the 10 off 50 coupon.
cyberizer9,
sorry didn't reply to your post about the maxtor drives, since I'm stuck at home using walmart connect which is the same ip's as aol's, so I can't post to the forums. at work now, but anyways, got my drives at staples.com, used a 20 off 100 and the free computer bag coupons, needed...
Yeah, looks like the CR chips are doing okay. I just want mine to goto 140-145 fsb. Ordering 2 Maxtor 40 gig hd's, anyone know if i might have any probs if i go with a raid config route, at high fsb's...
Btw, flatbroke, looks like I have the same batch as yours from newegg... it's a 709...
I also got a Costa Rica chip too, from Newegg. Checked the overclockers cpu database and although there's only two post one being at 2.4 and another at 2.133, the poster of the lower speed stated that he's runing at 145*16. Wouldn't that mean he's really runing at 2.3+?!
Can't test mine out...
Shoot, I went with the order and it says the confirm is being sent not to my email address, but to and...@yahoo.com. Hope it doesn't ship to your address. Let me know if you get the confirm.

I was at the SF theather also. Got there two hours early with my wife, and thought I was an idiot for being there early and no one in line. But the line picked up during the last hour before they let people in. But... they started letting everyone in with vip tickets and so by the time we got...
I know the feeling. I ordered last Thursday, and checked to see if prices dropped, which is why I said OUCH in the title. Anyways, crucial gave me half of the price drop amount, which I guess is better than nothing. They told me that this pricing only took place this morning. Good luck to...
Actually Cooltechie, it has space for 4 fans, comes with 2. I'm using it right now with 2 more fans I bought from outpost.com. One of the fan slots is hidden by the 3 1/2 in slide out tray box. Also check out the black ibm p96 monitor at onvia, if you need a decent 19in black monitor.
Steamtech,
Hi, I'm the original poster of this deal. Just wanted to say that the product is great, but please get your shipping act together. When I ordered, it took over 3 WEEKS to receive it. I had to constantly email Paticia McNally (works for you I understand), to let me know when it...
Never considered the encrytion, but I paid them with paypal. I was too anxious to get a nice black keyboard to match my black antec sx1030 case. It took them a week to finally process my order, but when the keyboard came, it was really nice. Love the "soft touch" feature.
Deal is at microimpact.com. Keyboard is $8, but shipping is an ugly $6.

Just got one. Seems pretty nice and at the ibm website, it looks like it does retail for $49.99.
