Now that I have this XF 5900 how do I set it up for the best quality/speed? Anyone have a guide to setting one up? As in what settings do what and how to get the most out of it?

I am looking for a freeware or shareware program that will allow me to use cd+ g discs on my PC. I would also like to make my own from songs and MP3. I have a plextor cdrw that supposedly recognizes the cd+g format. I get the music but no graphics .

I got past the error by changing where I put the originall files before doing the make install. I put them in /etc them the make install worked. I did modprobe au8830 and the prompt returned with no errors so it should be good to go but i still have no sound. Any Ideas?
this error has to do with the aureal drivers from sourceforge. I reinstalled mandy 8.0 installed kernel source and the make install got down to a point where it said :

ok I think I got it somewhat figured out. On my Bx Master board I didnt have to set jumpers for Vcore ... you just set them in bios ... BUT on the p3v4x I had to manually set it. So it boots up fine now @ 140 FSB.. and I even got it to boot and load win 98se and run sandra at 150!! SWWEEEETTT...
I am using bios 1005 and 4in 1 4.25. I guess my most important question is how do I get this POS to boot at anything other than 100 FSB.... I can do a restart out of windows and del into bios then set to 133 even 140 No prob ... Just seems like a lot of hassle.. and a lot of aggravation.

Ok Whats up with this Mboard? at first bootup I have to set it to 100 fsb.. then when it gets into windoze I can restart hit the del key and up fsb all the way to 142..sometimes..and sometimes it locks up and I have to start all over at 100 again. then go up to 140. So anyway what gives is this...
