"creationism is very emotional and is not based on facts rather teaches you to feel but often goes beyond reality such as hell and heaven
one cannot experience pain after death but only before death and after birth

hrmmm. I think this goes back to tangible vs...
This is funny...it's blown up into one big philosophy trip.
The point everybody is fussing is that......truth is definitive. As humans we will never be able to see truth in its entirety...we're too stupid and incapable. It is BEYOND our capacity.
The whole point of this thread is where...
I thought we invaded Iraq for violation of the guidelines setup post Iraq war by the United Nations? That did include WMD's...but wasn't it nice to uncover the food for oil scandal and many other stories that were not reguarded as high news priority? I remember Bush made a huge claim and push...
you also have to admit....even our news agencies aren't credible, why in the world would a link give anybody else credibility. You can spare the "objective reporting" crap...everybody provides bias towards their reporting.
It's sad that people can't look at this objectionally. As much as France refuted against the reasons for entry in the war (not just WMD's). Why would they agree with many other intelligence communities concerning information about where WMD's may have been hidden?
Could you provide the link to that place on his web site then? That email was pretty old and I can't find where you read the article on his site. The email I posted just supplemented his argument.
Point out one of the symbolic words for time you're referring to?
I advocate the recognition of our subjective view on what definitive truth might be :)
POV from a limited capacity will always be subjective, no matter how intelligent, knowledgable, or learned one might be. We're all flaming idiots...some just have a more logical approach. Our faith...
uh...I have no idea what you are referring to. If you look at what I posted the gentleman and his theory is laid out. Argue against the point the gentleman made...disprove his math maybe?
That guy is not talking about every other idea thrown around in the bible. What he referenced he laid...
I agree...however, he wants one he can carry through an upgrade. I guess it depends on how much oc'ing he's gonna attempt since they both mount on Prescott's and A64's
eye could send you pics :)...it's not hard when it's friggin cold in ur room. The thermostat in the hall says it's about 72F but I think my room is colder than that
but you also have to remember....that's the mobo givin me those #'s. It's an Aopen mobo on 865chipset. I keep the side...
to what extent does questioning the faith of others promote close mindedness? Does it not make you curious as to how and why somebody might so "blindly" believe? Human nature drives us all to find faith in the tangible...does it make them stronger or weaker for placing faith in the intangible...
fjord...well said
I probably did not clarify myself too well but essentially you went into the detail I was referring to. I'm just not a bright kid :)
Indirectly I am pointing out that many people equate a fact as truth. However, degenerative semantics play a huge role in exactly how...
just because it is a fact does not mean it is "true". Our perception of truth is subjective. We are not omnipotent beings....therefore we must calculate variables in the hypotheses and theories that we test. Obviously we will never have the capacity to take into account every variable in all...
Must be nice...I'm using Panaflo 3100rpm...114cfm's I think?
Im too lazy to mod my case though. I just go with the free hang flow....leave the case off. Nobody sees it but me. Idle = 29, load = 47, ambien = 22.
lovin my XP120
It's actually an easy install in terms of getting it attached. Trying to work around whatever is in yoru case already...it's a b. Take the mobo out...save yourself some pain.
I love the heatsink. I only noticed a 1C difference vs. suck blow. It probably depends on case air flow and RPM's of your fan though. I could care less about noise...my speakers are always up so I got a 3000rpm Panaflo.
Unfortunately some family members thought it would be nice to pick out...
I own an Ultra X. Christmas Present. Although my rails seem high, they have been consistant. I attribute some of the reporting due to a misreport from the bios. I haven't tested them otherwise...but for a fairly average PC...it does quite fine. If I woulda picked it out...never woulda chose...
Probably just a spike...that's your "low" column for -12V sensor, otherwise I'd ignore it
looks like your fluctuations are pretty standard...are you having problems?
I bet that 3100RPM fan sounds like a tornoado :)
I know that for some reason Tagan has had an issue in the past year of some of their power supplies mysteriously bottoming out. TomsHardware even noticed during some type of "endurance" review between Intel and AMD systems. The goal was to see stability while running programs nonstop over a...
I apologize...but you are taking the idea of symbolism in this reference out of context. It is based on comparative understanding of specific timeframes. This is not a simile or a play on words.
i.e. the issue of kilometers vs. mile
Obviously if an American goes to Europe...he has no...
In a linguistics course we were recently taught that a study by harvard I suppose?....showed that Southerners actually spoke more words per minute than northerners. I'm not quite sure how much anybody will put into that....they concluded that although focusing on the accent, majority of the...
I'm not quite sure if I can dig up the picture....but I do have one photo of an entire family from SC....friends of course, who happened to paint their entire barn up as the Virginia Battle Flag (commonly misinterpretted as the Confederate Flag).
...of course it's an all black family...
That's quite abrasive...
Still...the issue lies in yours and his ignorance of the South relating to Slavery.
My only suggestion is that as queer as it sounds....'Gone With The Wind' does quite a good job at describing social intricacies of the south and it's aristocratic nature. Most of...
The following has been pulled from an exchange concerning jewish people within the bible and the punishment God dealt to them through the books. The issue is that adding up the punishments jews received throughout the bible...resulting in the loss of their country, language, and culture...when...
hrmmmm.
Everybody throwing around "facts"....I looked it up and I fail to see the interpretation I had been taught.
However, my science teacher once taught me that a fact is any direct statement with the ability to be proven true or false.
i.e. At one point in time it was a fact that...
Not quite sure about the rest of you....although I may not be able to refute many ideas founded in science....when did we forget that science is a big guess?
I believe truth is definitive. However, through our skewed phsyical interpretation of the world...our view of that truth is...
one question....if that's slavery, then what's sharecropping?
You should get a much better perspective on slavery in the South. Agriculture is a very timely business...if you're one day off you just screwed yourself for a whole year. Under what circumstance would you chance your earnings...
hrmmm.
Did anybody ever stop to think that maybe we're all wrong about what was "recorded" in the history books?
For the most part, majority of Southerners have no clue as to waht their heritage might really be. Most of the aristocratic nature of the culture has been washed out through...
