Worth upgrading to 4ghz i7 920?

Is it worth upgrading to a evga x58 board with a i7 920 clocked stable at 4ghz air cooled and ocz gold ram? How much faster would it be then my q6600 at 3ghz.. I can get the mobo combo for a good price 800.00 I mostly just game and do the normal stuff on the computer, I do play high...

Need Help Bad

Well had a nvldm issue today playin wrath of the lich king, I dont know what to do already, just did another system restore and now I might have to reeinstall my game which takes over a hour

Here is a update on November 10(today), since my last post the pc has been RUNNING with NO problems with 2 gigs hard drives out and a home fan blowing on everything. But today it had the displa driver crap again while playin wow. So I shut down pc and rebooted with fan blowing straight on...

Well I have it running now, it would not let me install drivers for the 6600gt and 8800gts with a fresh install of xp, NO CLUE WHY as I did that xp install a lot of times. I ended up installing vista 64 again after I finally got mobo to recognize sata drives again, and I seem to have it...
