I am running the ASUS P5Q Pro with the e7200. Unfortunately my chip has a FSB wall around 370 mhz. However, with my Ultra 120 heatsink with low db fan I can run the e7200 at 3.16 ghz (9.5 x 333) rock solid with stock voltage. You could even do this with the retail heatsink.
I am not familiar with video editing, but if you plan on playing Starcraft 2 (like I will be :D) then you will REALLY want the 9800 GT that is included in the first option. Especially if you will be running the game at any resolution greater than say 1024x768.

Zip Zoom Fly has the following combo deal going on.

I was using the onboard sound and everything was working and then all of a sudden the mic would no longer work. I plugged the headset into my other computer and verified it is working. I check...
I called all 3 stores in my area and all were sold out, but I was able to get one to give me a substitute (120gb model) for the same price. Unfortunately they only had one left, but one is better than none i guess.
