Essentially the same cards. Except, the eVGA has a core clock of 325 vs the BFG's 350 (oc=overclocked). Both have 128MB DDR at 700MHz. BFG also has a lfietime warranty if that helps any.
Try Callaway Pre-owned or Ebay. May not be "new" but probably your best deal. If you're an AMEX rewards user they offer callway equipment rewards.
I'm not a fan of the SHIII driver but the fairway woods are great. The strong 3+ is the best club EVAR!

It's an "engineered" wood. You can get a 4'x4' sheet for ~$10. It works well for furniture......in the right spots.
To save some cash use MDF in the non-visible areas (back, bottom, etc). It's nice and solid and pretty easy to work with.
Save the solid oak for the top, sides and inside the knee space. Or if you can find a good oak veneer ("skin") you can use that on the sides as well as just buy a nice...

The aqaurium idea is cool. With enough silicone and glass cut to fit, it should be a pretty easy project. Although the case is a weird shape so that could prove to be a challenge.

Acetone / Nail Polish Remover should work....although a faint bit of the marker will likely remain. The Acetone will take off paint too so be careful where you use it.
