I am looking to buy a CD/DVD drive R- RW and was thinking of the lightscribe but heard bad things about them. What besides lighscribea are good right now and are worth getting. Lokking for something fast and WORTH it. Thanx.

I am thinking of getting HP Lightscribe 640I but am hearing some bad things about it. Is it worth getting? Should i go with something else?

Well you are about right in ur estimate. I have a bout 500 more to spend. Can always bump it up a little to get something that will boost up the juice some more.

Budget is normal i guess not crazy expensive. 160 HD or somaybe higher. Its for school work and websurfing and some minor gaming

I have a 81K1100 rev 1 and just got a 3.2 Ghz Northwood for it (HT). I am now looking for a good harddrive and a dvd/cd RW-R. Anything else that would be good to put on I am open to ideas. Thanks.

I have a GA-8IK1100 Rev 1.0 and need a processor for it, want something with HT. Looking at the prescott or northwood 3.2 to 3.4 Do they both have HT? Which is better?

It is a revision 1, I was hoping that i would have had more options, don't get me wrong Northwood is wroong, just seeing what else. What are you putting in yours. The highest it can handle is a 3.4 right?

Need a good processor, help

:confused: I have a GA-8IK1100 mobo and need a good processor for it. Wanting a 3.4 but no need to be greedy. Something HT with 800 FSB. I see the Northwood but what else has been tested or will be good?
