    I think you should be fine keeping the volts at 3.0-3.1 or less. The ram is rated to run 2.5-3-3-7 at 200mhz at default volts (2.6 I think), and only warrantied through OCZ at default volts since they are untested. (The tested ones are warrantied up to 3.5volts... but cost about 40-50 more)...
